Who Is RhiAcademy?
Hey, I'm Rhianne, the face behind RhiAcademy. I've been doing hair for 20 years, with 15 of those including extensions. I started with the braiding method, and some clients still love that classic style. But then some clients wanted sleeker, more discreet methods. I didn't offer it, and my income was stuck. Working mobile at the time, driving around, and having a family on the way made me rethink. I found a local salon, joined a course, learned all methods, and got qualified. Clients loved the new methods, and I kept the old ways for those who still preferred them. Investing in myself paid off – it helped to bring in an extra £8k+ a year just from fittings alone using my existing clientele. My extension clientele grew bringing in even more. How Does It Work?
- Choose wether you want to complete our online or in-person accredited courses.
- Choose the methods you want to master and if you require a full professional tool kit, and pay the sum either in one payment or choose our payment plan option. NOTE: If using the payment plan option we cant assess any work until the final payment has been made. This gives you plenty of time to perfect your skill before submitting for assessment.
- Once you have purchased your course you will be sent an email with any information and links to your course. For in-person courses: You will receive the theory modules prior to your visit to read over.
- For online courses: Once your ready to start your course you will work through each module and send your work to us when prompted for assessment.
- Once you have completed all of your modules, and all of your work has been assessed and passed we will send out your certificate of completion and you will be ready to start earning from your new skill set.

Nope, you dont need any special qualifications for our extension course. You dont even have to be a hair pro - its perfect for beginners. All you need is a can-do attitude! So, no worries, just dive in and get creative with extensions.
Thats fine! We understand that in-person learning can be a great option. We also offer in-person courses. Check out the dates for our next course, which is based in Liverpool. You can choose the learning style that suits you best!
You can complete both our online courses and in-person courses in your own time within a 3 month period. Both courses require live model assessments which can be done after your initial course.
Yes! When you complete your course you will recieve your accreditation certificate in the post which you will need to keep to acquire insurance.
