Returns Policy for RhiAcademy:

Online course bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable. For in-person courses, cancellations can be made at least 14 days before the scheduled training date. A cancellation fee of £50 will apply. Transferring a course date is possible at least 14 days before the original booking for a £20 administration fee, subject to availability. If a booked space is held for a course that cannot be attended, full payment is still due 14 days prior to the original training date, with the space held for a maximum of 3 months.

Failure to attend or provide at least 14 days' notice for cancellation results in full course fee liability. RhiAcademy reserves the right to alter or cancel courses, venues, or educators without prior notice. In case of a course cancellation, RhiAcademy offers a date transfer without compensation for incurred costs. This policy does not affect statutory rights, as course purchase guarantees content and qualification but not a specific date or location. All cancellation and transfer requests must be in writing and sent to rhi@rhiacademy.com, clearly stating your intention to cancel. Failure to do so will result in your space being placed on hold.

You will have a three months to complete your course from the date you receive the course information from RhiAcademy. This timeframe includes fulfilling requirements such as live models, which are integral to our training courses. It is your responsibility to arrange these live models and acquire any consumables necessary for completing these models.

After the 3 months, RhiAcademy retains the right to withdraw training or revoke certification if a student or graduate is found to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions or accreditation guidelines, or if engaged in student misconduct.

You will receive information on acquiring the appropriate business insurance both on the training day and in your training manual. RhiAcademy does not assume responsibility for students who do not secure public liability insurance during or after the completion of their course.

RhiAcademy disclaims any liability for incorrect fitting or client injuries arising from students following instructions provided in our training courses. Additionally, RhiAcademy is not accountable for any substandard work completed by students. If, by the conclusion of your training course, you feel less than completely confident to practice on live models, please inform one of the trainers so that we can offer further assistance.

Course purchases must be completed online. If you have selected an online course or opted for a payment plan, please be aware that 100% of the course amount is non-refundable. Upon payment of the booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is crucial to provide accurate contact information during the booking process, and it is advisable to check your junk folder.

The full course fee must be paid at least 14 days before the training date. This is so we can acquire your training kits in time for the course date. Your purchase ensures access to course materials and qualification within 12 months, but does not guarantee a specific training date or location. Failure to settle the amount owed at least 14 days before your booked date will result in late payment fees and the risk of losing your course reservation. A subsequent email will be sent a few days before the training, containing information about the course venue, instructions, and details. RhiAcademy will not be held responsible for confirmation and emails not received by students, and no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Once training material has been provided, all courses become 100% non-refundable.

In online learning, learners must take responsibility for their studies, paying attention, and applying learned concepts during assessments, as there is no direct monitoring.

Due to the unique nature of our content, information, and guidance, refunds are not available. Upon purchasing a course, you enter into a contract and agree to adhere to the specified terms. Copying or sharing received information is strictly prohibited, and any violation will be considered a breach of contract, subject to legal action. For damaged or missing items in your training kit received via post, please email us at rhi@rhiacademy.com with pictures, your full name, address, and the purchase date. Damaged items can be returned within 14 days.
